As a promoter of environmentally friendly renewable energy sources, the company’s campaign against global warming and the attendant negative effects on all species of living organisms on our planet and Nigeria in particular is very proactive. The effects like floods, heat waves as well as water and food storages will inevitably get worst until humanity shall embrace one fact: The fact that Renewable Energy offers a global solution to current warming.
The mission and vision of Solar Force Nigeria is to save the environment in line with the philosophy of its founders. To this end, SFN promotes and supports products that are environmentally friendly. These products includes but not limited to:
- Light Emitting Diodes (LED) whose features are:-
- No carbon emission; and
- No release of mercury and other hazardous substances.
- Gel, AGM and Lithium ion Batteries that are recyclable and environmentally friendly;
- As a deliberate policy to save the environment and enhance good health for the people of Nigeria, Solar Force does not deal in:
- Flooded lead acid Batteries; and
- Compact Fluorescent (CFL), incandescent light bulbs and High Pressure Sodium (HPS) as these products allow carbon emissions, release mercury and other hazardous substances that are unfriendly to the environment and dangerous to health.
